Comical stroll through the Beaubourg Museum and Museum of Ixelles

A museum visit that takes your breath away! Wandering through the museum, a strange family – the product of crazy mythology – and surprising museum attendants interfere with the public, move through the rooms, go up to that day’s visitors and turn a simple visit into an eccentric and fun incursion. They intervene, react to or comment on the tiniest details of the works encountered, an element of composition or the choice of colour. Their critical remarks are interwoven with personal secrets, disconcerting viewers and provoking them to take a new look at the major discourses of art history.

Les futurs diplômés de l’Insas font entrer le théâtre au Musée d’Ixelles et au Pompidou. Sous la direction d’Ingrid von Wantoch Rekowski.
Nous retrouvons nos comédiens en herbe, papillonnant entre les tableaux dans une frénésie burlesque, s’arrêtant devant telle œuvre pour commenter tel détail ou s’attardant sur leurs petites histoires personnelles. Une famille étrange qui sillonne le musée pour y croiser gardiens, une historienne de l’art ou encore les visiteurs.
